What It Is:
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) can affect focus, emotional regulation, motivation, and time management. In women and adults, it’s often misdiagnosed as anxiety or mood issues.
My Approach:
I use careful screening, clinical evaluation, and life context to avoid misdiagnosis. If ADHD is confirmed, we’ll build a custom plan that may include coaching strategies, lifestyle tools, and safe, minimal-medication treatment if appropriate.
What It Is:
Anxiety shows up as worry, overthinking, chest tightness, or racing thoughts. Panic attacks may cause intense fear, shortness of breath, or feelings of losing control.
My Approach:
We’ll use a mix of CBT, mindfulness, I-CBT, and nervous system regulation tools to help you understand your patterns and find calm. I also offer gentle medication options, only if needed.

Bipolar disorder involves intense mood swings, from low-energy depressive episodes to elevated or agitated states (mania or hypomania).
My Approach:
I focus on accurate diagnosis, medication stability, and emotional regulation tools to help you maintain balance. You’ll always have support between appointments if your mood shifts.

Trauma can come from a single event or ongoing emotional harm. It often affects the nervous system, memory, and relationships, long after the event is over.

Using trauma-informed therapy, mind-body work, and CBT or I-CBT tools, I help you feel safe in your body again, without ever rushing your story.
I provide gentle, grounded support for clients navigating personality disorders, including Cluster A, B, and C. I work with individuals experiencing traits related to Borderline (BPD), Narcissistic, Avoidant, Dependent, Paranoid, Schizoid, Schizotypal, Obsessive-Compulsive, and Antisocial Personality Disorders.
My approach includes tools for emotional regulation, self-worth, and relationship healing.

I provide judgment-free, nurturing support, with medication options that are safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding, if needed.
Struggling to fall asleep, stay asleep, or feel rested? I help clients understand the mental health + sleep connection, offering behavioral tools and medication options to help restore healthy sleep cycles.

Autistic and neurodivergent individuals may experience sensory sensitivities, emotional intensity, communication differences, or challenges with executive functioning.
